What this actually is.

Accountability with teeth.

Most coaching is accountability theater. Someone asks what your goals are, you say them out loud, you feel good, and then nothing changes. This isn’t that.

Four spots per quarter means four businesses getting real attention — sessions prepared for specifically, context carried between meetings, and someone tracking whether you did what you said you would.

Every engagement runs on the Centerline framework from week one. Signal metrics reviewed every session, Bearings set at the start of the quarter, structured accountability loop every two weeks. Not soft goals. Owned priorities with scores at the end.

Everett runs every session personally. No team. No handoff. If you get a spot, you are working directly with the person who built the Meridian portfolio.

At the end of the quarter, every Bearing gets a score from 0 to 100. What got done and what didn’t are documented, not negotiated.

What the quarter looks like.

Every quarter runs the same structure. Week one is setup. Weeks two through eleven are execution and accountability. Week twelve is the honest reckoning.

Week 01
Signal + Bearings Setup
Set the Signal dashboard with 4–5 metrics that actually tell you how the business is doing. Set 3–5 Bearings for the quarter. Define what done looks like before the quarter starts.
Weeks 02–10
Biweekly Sessions
Signal reviewed, Bearings checked, issues worked. Every session has a pre-built brief. Real problems run the Root Protocol. Leave with decisions that have owners and dates.
Between sessions
Async Access
Decisions don’t wait for scheduled calls. Async channel for real-time questions and decisions that need a second read before you make them.
Week 12
Quarterly Review
Score every Bearing 0–100. Review what the Signal says about the quarter. Honest accounting of what worked and what didn’t.
